The Government Board held this morning has approved the hiring of an improvement and repair project of the Plaza del Rollo.
It will be carried out by the Maintenance Worker for 16,758.50 euros and will consist of the creation of a more attractive garden for the neighbors, with new spaces and improvement of the existing ones.
It will include the replacement of the affected vegetation, repopulation and renewal of the irrigation system.
In addition, lighting, games and street furniture and kiosks, as well as containers, will be renewed.
Ecopark improvements
Likewise, it has been approved the contracting of different improvements to be made in the Ecopark that will involve the renovation of signage and signage, the provision of a computer tool and the creation of a waste entry register, with a total cost of 5,363 euros, to through a grant from the Ministry of Environment.
Film screenings
On the other hand, it has been agreed to hire the screening of 8 films on Saturdays of the last quarter of 2019 at the Auditorium of the Conservatory, as approved in the Participatory Budgeting process.
The cost will be 2,988.70 euros through the company Aurelio Morales.
Other agreements
In smaller contracts, the Fuente de la Jarra mine in Santa Ana will be cleaned through a pressure and suction equipment, with a cost of 217.80 euros with the company Limpiezas Abellán.
It is also hired the transport of sweeper machine for cleaning the streets for parties of Cañada del Trigo and Torre del Rico, for 1,028.50 euros.
The justification of the subsidy of 2,000 euros in fiscal year 2018 to the Association of Drums Cristo de la Sangre and of the one granted to the Association of Rural Women of the Fuente del Pino through grants to associations for social purposes has been approved, In this case, 2,000 euros for the start-up of the chirigotas workshop.
In settlement of obligations an amount of 29,922 euros has been approved for payment to suppliers.
