The Jumilla City Council has acquired two new defibrillators that have been installed in the Roque Baños Cultural Center, one of them, and the other will be portable with the aim of taking one of the patrols of the Local Police.
They have been supplied by the company Aneks3, SL at a cost of 2,936.67 euros.
The objective is to provide the busiest municipal facilities with this service, as it was fully approved.
This morning, the mayor, Juana Guardiola, along with the Councilors of Health and Emergency, José Luis Monreal and José Antonio Jiménez, have delivered one of the devices to the Local Police, through the end, Salvador Gómez, the device that will be itinerant.
Currently, the three sports halls, the municipal swimming pools and the Sports Center, the latter with two of them, already had a defibrillator.
"These two new devices are now joining, one of them will cover a possible urgency in a place so crowded with the Roque Baños Cultural Center and the other will be carried by a police patrol, with the importance that being itinerant can arrive quickly to any place where it is needed, "said the mayor, Juana Guardiola.
Likewise, the Councilor for Public Health, José Luis Monreal, added that: "It is as important to have defibrillators as to make proper use of them, so in the last legislature training was made to about thirty people and you have planned to offer courses again soon ".
