The Department of Social Policy and Equality of the City of Jumilla, through a grant of 9,692 euros from the Ministry of Family and Equality and co-funded by the European Social Fund, will launch again for the next school year 2019/20 the hourly extension service to support the reconciliation of work and private life.
"Once again it will be offered in the schools of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción and Cruz de Piedra, and the main objective is to provide families with a resource so that they can reconcile their work schedules and the care and attention of their children. in half an hour with respect to the past, arriving until 16.00, "said the councilor of the area, Lola Gomez.
The service will start on September 16 and consists of enabling a classroom so that, from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, the minors can stay at the school, assisted by specialized personnel to cover all their optimal needs. .
The City Council will cover the same until April 2, 2020.
Registration opens next Monday July 22 and can be collected at the respective schools, the Social Services Center or the General Register of the City.
The term will remain open until completing the 22 places of each school.
They will be registered at the Town Hall and the registration will be made by order of entry.
