The Government Board held yesterday began the contract for the renewal of low voltage electrical installation of the Municipal School of Music, with a budgeted investment of 54,825.10 euros and with the aim of adapting the building to the needs of current power.

This improvement will be added to the general reform of the building carried out in 2017, consisting of soundproofing, repainting, new paving and redistribution of spaces, at a cost of 60,000 euros.

On the other hand, it has also started the files for technical production contracts for the Fair and Festivities, as well as for the hiring of assistance attendants to visitors in the museums, castle and tourist information office, since the current it finishes soon.

Subsidies

Likewise, the Governing Board has approved the agreement provided for in the 2019 Budget for the direct award of a subsidy of 35,000 euros to the Central Board of Brotherhoods of Holy Week.

They have justified the grants of 2018 ASAMJU (4,785.72 euros), Association of Rural Women of La Alqueria (1,231.83 euros) and the districts La Zarza, Román, La Estacada, Cañada del Trigo, Torre del Rico and Fuente del Pino, of 1,000 euros each.

Minor contracts

In smaller contracts, an amount of 3,327.50 euros has been approved for the promotion of activities to boost local commerce in the remainder of the year;

the purchase of different office and cleaning material for 2,875.63 euros;

the repair of garden swings and fences for 659.49 euros;

the design and printing of brochures about the procession of Holy Tuesday for tourism fairs for 1331 euros;

and the timing of sports events for 1,831.70 euros.

Other agreements

The temporary assignment to the Brotherhood Christ Moored to the Column of the suits of the officer Longino and the lancero for the permanent exhibition of his museum has been approved.

In addition, the Stipa Association has been authorized to carry out various actions aimed at improving habitats in the Sierra del Carche Regional Park: sowing of cereals, reforestation of boundaries and reconstruction of slopes.

Finally, a generation file has been approved, of credits for income of 109,168.75 euros, as well as a settlement of obligations for payment to suppliers for 241,051.09 euros.

In addition, 39 disciplinary proceedings and 2 works certifications have been given the green light.
