The Governing Board held this morning has approved the opening of a new procedure for the concession of the operation of the Ortega y Gasset street kiosk, since no proposal has been submitted in the previous term.
The process will be by concurrence and for a period of three years, extendable to one more, being the bidding base of 498.62 euros per year, susceptible of upward improvement.
Likewise, the procedure for awarding the cleaning contract for municipal buildings is opened for the next three years, which can be extended to two more.
It has been separated into two lots, on the one hand the educational and sports centers, and on the other the rest of the municipal buildings.
The bidding budget for the 2019 annuity is 406,285.25 euros for lot 1 and 190,293.96 for lot 2.
On the other hand, the file of the banking collaboration contract in the Collection Service has been initiated and the health and safety plans for the rehabilitation of the cover and interior reform of the Club of the Third Age and the social premises of La Alquería, as well as the renovation of the infrastructures of the street Portillo de la Glorieta.
It has been agreed, in addition, the adhesion of the City of Jumilla to the file of concession of declaration of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Humanity for the Celebrations of the Horses of the Wine of Caravaca.
Five students of IES Infanta Elena have been authorized to practice in municipal facilities.
In liquidation of obligations approves an amount of 93,947.95 euros for payment providers.
Minor contracts
Abellán Cleanings will be hired to clean underground containers for the next 10 months for 15,125 euros.
For Sports, it is approved to pay the fees of registration, mutuality and arbitration of the Municipal School of Basketball for 800 euros, as well as the purchase of parabalones nets for installation in the football field Antonio Ibáñez, for 2,524.06 euros through Sports Lencina Alonso.
