Civil Protection Jumilla today celebrated its World Day with the organization of an institutional act in the plenary hall of the City of Jumilla where the volunteers have been received by the Mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola.
Likewise, distinctions have been given to the members of the working group that reactivated the group for months, such as the area councilor, Francisco Vicente Gómez, the police chief, Antonio Luis Mula, the delegate corporal, Salvador Gómez, as well as the coordinator, Salvador García.
Both the mayor and the councilor of Civil Protection have had words of motivation and gratitude towards the volunteers that make up the association and have encouraged them to continue working to get a group "more trained, numerous and coordinated, which is again a reference at the regional level "
