The Governing Board has agreed to process the modification of the Partial Plan and the Recasting Project of sector IX-A2 The Arsenal, which is another step forward for the transfer to the Autonomous Community of the land where the High Resolution Integrated Center will be located ( CIAR).
After the registration of the plot as municipal property will proceed to the final transfer of the land to the CARM so you can start the work.
The process of cession of a site for the construction of a CIAR in Jumilla began in October 2009 with the signing of a certificate of delivery of a site to the CARM, which was not considered adequate later.
In July 2015, the procedures to give a more appropriate site, also located in the Arsenal, which was exchanged with its owners by another available to the City Council.
In May 2017, the City Council requested the necessary report to achieve the simplified strategic environmental assessment that should be provided by the General Directorate of the Environment and that is mandatory to continue with the procedures.
This document is achieved, after more than a year of waiting, at the end of July 2018 with the approval.
In October, the modification of the Partial Plan was approved.
Approval of health and safety plans
The Governing Board of this Monday also approved several health and safety plans, which will mean the next start of several works.
It deals with the renovation of the San Antón and Hermanitas streets, the second phase of the rehabilitation of the old school of the Fuente del Pino and the refurbishment of the road of the Cuesta de la Parra.
Minor contracts
It was approved to contract the Dinamo Cultural Association to carry out the conciliation activities and the holiday school in the primary schools of Jumilla, until the end of the course, for 10,635.27 euros.
The company Ases XXI will be hired and a cost of 1,542.75 euros for certification in accordance with the security requirements of the children's playground on Avenida de la Libertad.
The Jumilla Handball Club will be responsible for the development of the program of activities with children's teams and male cadet for 2,970 euros.
Likewise, the acquisition of vinyls was approved for the correct identification of containers (1,805.42 euros), painting for maintenance of buildings (2,717.20), repairs on the artificial turf soccer field (2,849.55 euros), as well as how to endow 2,988.70 euros for the supply of propane for boilers in sports facilities.
Related to Youth, a photography workshop will be hired with a mobile phone by Alberto Esparza (181.50 euros) and a manga drawing course with Sergio García (1,020 euros).
On the other hand, the contract for maintenance and outsourcing of computer applications of the City with the company T-Systems for € 122,081.97 was extended for one year.
The procedure for the awarding of the contract of performances of the bands of music of the Jumillana Association of Friends of Music for the year 2019 is opened.
In settlement of obligations, the amount of 12,615.69 euros was approved for payment to suppliers.
