The councilman of Sports, Juan Manuel García, has announced today the roster of winners of the tenth edition of the Sports Gala of Jumilla, after the jury's decision made by the staff of the Department of Sports of the City.
Footballer Sergi Guardiola will receive the Sportsman of the Year Award after his debut in the First Division with Getafe on August 31 and his spectacular season finale with Córdoba, whose goals served to keep the Andalusian team in Second Division A against the prognosis .
The Best Club of the Year will be the Fútbol Club Jumilla, which adds its fourth consecutive season in Second Division B, saving the category in a historic league final and with a promising future after the important collaboration agreement with the club of the Premier League, Wolverhampton.

Francisco Lozano 'Rasina' will receive posthumously the recognition Special Mention 2018 to a whole life dedicated to the sport and in particular to football through the 4th District, club of which he was founder and president, a reference in the quarry of local football for many years.
The awards ceremony will take place next Thursday, December 27 at 8:00 pm in the Auditorium of the Professional Conservatory of Music.
