For a few days we have known the Budgets of the Autonomous Community for 2019 and from Izquierda Unida-Verdes we have studied and made an assessment.
In the games there is one for the new CEIP Prince Felipe with a contribution of 1,800,000 euros and the Health Center project with 1,000,000 euros.
Although, obviously, it is a welcome contribution from Izquierda Unida-Verdes, we believe that they are long-term projects, we do not trust that both will come to be realized in a short space of time, like so many other projects so named as the settlement of the Carretera del Carche and that we have been waiting for many years.
As on so many other occasions, a pre-electoral budget is very unreliable.
Other of the most important investments are for the Works and Services Plan (POS) and that however it does not contribute what it should.
From 2008 until now, the Autonomous Community has been contributing less and less of what in theory it has to contribute.
If they followed the usual trend in 2009, they should have granted the municipality 606,000 euros.
If we take into account what the City of Jumilla has received from 2008 to 2019, the Autonomous Community has a debt of almost 5,000,000 euros with our municipality.
IU-Green calls this and other similar items "the historical debt of Murcia with Jumilla."
The same happens with the contribution that the Autonomous Community has to do for the Police, it happens exactly the same as with the departure for POS.
In his day it was promised that it would be the Community that granted money for salary and equipment to the expansion of the police staff, and yet, the City of Jumilla has had to contribute since 2011, 2,150,115.22 euros more than what should
As of 2011, the contribution has been decreasing from the 804,701.60 received in 2010 to the 600,000 euros that will be received in 2019. Another item for the "historic debt of Murcia with Jumilla".
The government of the PP in the Community continues to punish Jumilla year after year with budgets without money for normal operation, the fact that items appear for health center and school only note the long delay because some had to start in 2016 as reflects in the games.
For United Left-Greens in this occasion of previous budgetary pact between PP and Citizens it is necessary to ask the next one that comes some regional position of Citizens What is now of ours.
