The Governing Board has approved today to hire the company José Verdú Navarro to carry out rehabilitation works-replacement of the roof of the municipal building located in the Plaza de la Constitución, 10 which houses the headquarters of several local associations such as Aspajunide, Central Board of Brotherhoods of Holy Week, Group of Choirs and Dances Francisco Salzillo and Peñas Federation of the Harvest Festival.

The cost of the works will be 24,691.88 euros based on the project carried out by GC Arquitectos, which will be responsible for the management of the same, which will have an expected execution period of three months.

This is one of the proposals selected in the Participatory Budgeting process 2018, specifically the second with the largest number of votes.

Currently, the roof suffers water leaks every time it rains, which also cause moisture on the walls of the building.
