The Governing Board has approved the award to the company Constu-Archena SL of the works of the second phase of the rehabilitation of the old school of Fuente del Pino for a cost of 43,560 euros.
It is the second part of the total rehabilitation of the building, budgeted at 84,110.01 euros.
In a first phase, whose works were executed at the beginning of this year, the cover was changed, with a cost close to 42,000 euros.
The building was diaphanous and reinforced with a view to the beginning of this second stage, which consists of the replacement of windows, doors, pavement and final tune-up with the aim that it can be enjoyed by the residents of the district after several years in sorry state.
The roof was supported by transverse beams, simulating wood inside and mixed tile and curved on the surface.
The entire perimeter was trimmed with trim.
Municipal School of Music Improvements
On the other hand, the Government Board approved to hire the tuning of the pianos of the Municipal School of Music, as well as the supply of accessories with the company Iberpiano Trading for 4.435 euros.
A new drawer unit and two work tables will also be bought at Muebles Guarpi for 560.23 euros.
