The councilman of Urbanism, Francisco González, has presented the two new lines of aid convened from the Housing Plan 2018-21.
These are numbers 5 and 6, aimed at improving energy efficiency and improving conservation and accessibility respectively.
The requests must be made effective before December 2 through the electronic headquarters of the CARM or Single Window.

These programs are aimed at financing improvement works both in single-family homes and in common areas of buildings of collective residential typology.
They must have at least 70% of their surface area above ground, excluding the ground floor or lower floors and that at least 50% of the homes constitute the habitual residence of their owners.
The maximum amount of aid financed from State funds will be determined based on the eligible cost and may not exceed 40% depending on the type of action, both for single-family homes and buildings.
Improvement of energy efficiency
The improvement of the thermal envelope will be considered eligible actions for single-family homes, through actions to improve its thermal insulation, the replacement of carpentry and glazing of the holes, the installation of heating systems, cooling, production of hot water, the installation of generation equipment or that allow the use of renewable energies.
In the houses, according to the climatic classification of the Technical Building Code, the set of actions must achieve a reduction of the global annual energy demand, of 25% in the climatic zone C, which is the one of Jumilla.
Actions that are eligible for this program include actions in residential buildings of residential type, in addition to the previous ones, the improvement of the energy efficiency of common elevator and lighting installations, the improvement of supply facilities and the installation of mechanisms that favor the saving of water, as well as the installation of separative sanitation networks in the building and other systems that favor the reuse of gray and rain water in the building itself, the improvement or refurbishment of facilities for the adequate collection and separation of the waste and those that promote sustainable mobility in the services and common facilities of buildings or developments such as the installation of charging points for electric vehicles in car parks or adaptation of bicycle parking areas and facilities, as well as façade installations or vegetable covers and the i
Installation of home automation and / or sensor systems.
Improvement of conservation and accessibility
Conservation actions consisting of works and works undertaken to correct deficiencies related to the state of conservation of the foundation, structure and facilities, roofs, roofs, facades and party walls or relating to the interior adequacy of the home will be considered eligible. to the required conditions of functionality, habitability, safety and hygiene.
Likewise, actions to improve the safety of use and accessibility will be considered eligible, in particular the installation of elevators, stair climbers, ramps or other accessibility devices, the installation or provision of support products such as cranes or installation of information or warning elements such as light or sound signals that allow orientation in the use of stairs, elevators and inside houses, as well as the installation of electronic communication elements or devices between homes and outside, such as video intercom and analog, evacuation routes or expansion of circulation spaces within the home.
The Housing Plan 2018-21 is born after the agreement between the Government of Spain and the Autonomous Community of Murcia and will offer nine different help lines:
1 ° Subsidization of agreed loans regulated in previous housing plans.

It is co-financed by the Government of Spain with a maximum amount of 62,102,000 euros and by the Community of Murcia with a maximum amount of 17,658,000 euros, making a total of 79,760,000 euros.
