The municipal soccer field Uva Monastrell will see renewed the lighting of its changing rooms, which presents poor condition and whose electrical installation will adapt to the current regulations.
The investment to be made will be 15,640.46 euros, of which 3,700 come through a grant from the Directorate General of Sports, and the contractor will be Juan Francisco Tomás, as approved by the Governing Board.
This improvement will be added to the renovation of the lighting of this football field and the rest of the sports facilities of the La Hoya Sports Center that will be carried out shortly and that will have an investment of 146,000 euros.
Likewise, the water programmer was changed for irrigation and the sprinklers of the Monastrell grape lawn were renewed.
Recently the turf has been made a special treatment that consisted of scarifying, punctured and resembrado that has managed to recover its good condition as it was observed in the Second B match played on Sunday between FC Jumilla and UD Melilla.
