The Governing Board has approved the Municipal Sports Program that will regulate all activities organized by the Department of Sports during the year.
It has eight lines of action, including seniors, sporting events, federated sports, schools, fair activities, school sports, summer sports and sports for all.
Each one of them appears dated and programmed, with the marked objectives and necessary human and material resources.
Likewise, all the sports modalities that the Department of Sports wants to promote are taken into account.
The councilman of the area, Juan Manuel García, said that "this is the first time a document of these characteristics is approved in the Department".
Participatory Budgets
The project and the construction management will be contracted for the preparation of a premises such as the Juvenile Center in the Supply Market, such as that approved in the Participatory Budgeting process.
The architect will be Gumersindo Esteve for 5.078 euros.
Related, also, with the Participatory Budgets was approved the hiring of the activities of the Youth Council Disco Joven and Disco Ligth, aimed at young people between 15 and 18 years.
They will be carried out in the Market of Supplies for 2,994.75 euros with dates November 23 and December 15.
Other agreements
The installation of an automatic interior glass door was approved, complementary to the wooden exterior, at the entrance to the offices of the Jumilla Town Hall on Ramón y Cajal Street.
It will cost 4,683.26 euros and will be installed by Cristalería y Aluminios F. Jiménez.
The technical specifications for the construction of a covered climbing wall in La Hoya Sports Center were also approved.
The contracting of Pronial Engineering for the direction of works in the remodeling of the Plaza del Camionero Juan Soriano for 10,769 euros was approved.
On the other hand, 90 vertical signs, 180 anchors and 60 posts will be acquired to sign the Avenida de la Libertad.
It will be through the commercial Sumentlo, with a cost of 8,595.94 euros.
In liquidation of obligations, an amount of 123,964.14 euros was approved for payment to suppliers.
