9th homes for people with disabilities and seniors.
It is co-financed by the Government of Spain with a maximum amount of 62,102,000 euros and by the Community of Murcia with a maximum amount of 17,658,000 euros, making a total of 79,760,000 euros.
Francisco González has reported that "for the moment only the calls for lines 2 and 8 have been published, precisely today through the BORM, so the rest remain to be published, so that modifications adapted by the Community can take place" .
Jumilla is affected only by line 2, since 8 is destined to municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants.

Requirements line 2. Help with rental housing
The purpose of this program is to facilitate the enjoyment of a dwelling on a rental basis for sectors of the population with limited economic means, by granting direct aids to tenants.
Individuals of legal age who meet each and every one of the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aids contemplated in this program:
- That at least one of the applicants / tenants is 35 years of age or older at the time of requesting assistance.
- Be the holder, as a tenant, of a housing lease contract in legal terms.

That the Income of the rented companies be equal to or less than three times the IPREM.
Beneficiaries will be granted up to 40% of the monthly rent they must pay for the rental of their permanent and permanent residence.

The rent established in the housing lease contract may not exceed the total amount of five hundred euros (€ 500) per month.

3 ° Rent for people in eviction situation

Beneficiaries
1. May be beneficiaries of this program, according to budgetary availability, natural persons of legal age who have been or will be subject to launch or eviction from their usual and permanent residence and are in a situation of special vulnerability that prevents them from access by their own means to another home.
2. The situation of the beneficiaries must be accredited by a report from the social services.
4th Promotion of the Housing Park for Rent

7th Regeneration and rural urban renewal
