The University of Murcia has presented today a study in which the current level of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the 24 municipalities with the largest population in the Region of Murcia is published.
Jumilla is among the top 10 with an overall score of 6.1 out of 10.
132 indicators have been analyzed according to the public information available on the web pages of the municipalities, according to four main blocks: economic-financial information, social and contracting aspects, environment and sustainability, ethical and CSR approach, Jumilla approved in the four blocks and obtaining a higher score in the economic and financial information.
The presentation made today at the Faculty of Law of Campus de la Merced was attended by the Mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and the Councilor for Finance, Personnel and New Technologies, Alfonso Pulido, who were satisfied with the results.
"We congratulate the municipal technicians for their good work and we will continue to bet on continuing to improve the level of CSR of our City Council," they said.
