The Local Police of Jumilla today completed the events in honor of their employer, the Custodian Angels, with the celebration of an institutional act in the plenary hall of the City Council in which the mayor, Juana Guardiola, and the councilor of the area, Eugenio Aguado, together with the chief officer, Antonio Luis Mula, have delivered different mentions, distinctions and congratulations.
The mentions have been for:
-Jose David Martinez Lasheras, for the performance of meritorious service of the General Directorate of the Civil Guard.
-Antonio Guardiola Lizán, for the performance of meritorious service of the Provincial Police Station of Alicante.

The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, said she felt "proud of the Local Police, whose work is not always recognized."
He added that "it is not just another profession, because it is the police are a mirror for children, young people and citizens in general, we are getting them to see them as friends and people who are called when they are needed."
