The Governing Board held this morning gave the green light at the start of the bidding procedures for the contracts for several street works corresponding to POS 2018-19.
It will be by simplified open procedure and ordinary processing with determination of the best offer based on the best price.
This is the complete renovation of the street Portillo de la Glorieta, with the base budget of 184,005.66 euros, of which 128,250 will be contributed by the CARM and 55,755.66 euros by the City of Jumilla.
In the San Antón neighborhood, the infrastructures of San Antón streets (from Infante don Fadrique to Barón del Solar) and Hermanitas street (to the junction with Santo Tomás) will be renewed with a bid base budget of 139,541.85 euros, of which 93,638 will come through the CARM and the remaining 45,903.85 from the municipal coffers.
Likewise, the sidewalks and the parking area of ​​the South area of ​​Avenida de Levante will be renewed with a budget of 178,685.64 euros, of which 117,800 will be provided by the CARM and 60,855.64 by the City of Jumilla.
The three works represent an investment of just over half a million euros.
The POS 2018-19 is completed with the extension of the Municipal Cemetery with 288 niches and 76 pits.
The total budgeted cost of all the works of this plan is 732,233 euros.
