The Youth Council, through Ciudad Ciencia and in collaboration with AFAD Jumilla, has organized a talk entitled 'What we know about Alzheimer's' that will be held next Thursday, September 27 at 8 pm at the Roque Baños Cultural Center.
It will be taught by Ana Martínez, from the Center for Biological Research of the CSI.
The researcher will respond to the main questions posed by the disease, so it will be known who primarily affects what is its origin, whether or not it is hereditary, if it can be prevented and diagnosed and what are the main scientific efforts that are leading to specialists to find a drug in order to end, from the therapeutic point of view, with this epidemic of the XXI century.
