The Government Board held this morning has agreed to carry out an inventory of agricultural uses in the public forests of Jumilla with the aim of keeping the Agricultural Crop Register updated.
This will allow compliance with the Forestry Law in reference to the Improvement Fund and will make it easier for growers to obtain utility certificates for numerous procedures.
It will be carried out by the company Sanitary Proyectos y Obras for an amount of 14,278 euros.
Also related to mountains, a study will be contracted about the affections to the public domain of the mountains of the municipal district of Jumilla, with which the limits of the same and of the adjacent plots will be defined.
It will be carried out by the company Ingeniería del Entorno Natural SL for 11,739.42 euros.
Social Policy
On the other hand, it has been approved to request an extension of the execution period and justification of the subsidy granted for the provision of services and programs in the area of ​​attention to women victims of gender violence until April 30, 2019 (execution) and 30 of July 2019 (justification) respectively.
Likewise, it is approved to apply for a subsidy to carry out actions aimed at prevention, monitoring and control of school absenteeism.
Minor contracts
It has been agreed the lease of a motor grader for the settlement of the Camino del Gamellón to Yecla for 605 euros in the face of the breakdown of the one owned by the City Council.
256 resin chairs will be acquired for use in events through the company Todomaco and for a cost of 3,995 euros.
Other agreements
The safety and health plan for the remodeling works on Avenida de la Libertad, which will start next September, is approved.
In settlement of obligations an amount of 173,899.54 euros has been approved for payment to suppliers.
