The Governing Board held yesterday accepted the proposal of the hiring table by which provisionally awarded the performances of the Fair and Festivities of Jumilla 2018 to the local company Engineering and Acoustics for the Show for an amount of 129,954 euros, which includes the concerts and shows plus supplies, assemblies and disassemblies of technical structures.
Related to the Fair 2018 was approved the hiring of street cleaning after the Grand Cavalcade of Wine and the Traditional Cavalcade with the company Abellán Limpiezas for an amount of 5,735.40 euros, as well as the different electrical works in Fair spaces (Plaza del Rey Don Pedro, Paseo Lorenzo Guardiola, Plaza de la Glorieta and lots along Avenida de la Libertad) with the companies Electrificaciones Ruiz (2890 euros) and Maisi (3,619 euros).
On the other hand, soprano Cristina Toledo is hired to perform on July 19 in the atrium of Santa Ana for 3,000 euros.
It also approves the acquisition of a ph and chlorine control equipment for the swimming pools of the Polideportivo Municipal La Hoya for an amount of 2081 euros.
In liquidation of obligations an amount of 98,913 euros was approved for payment to suppliers.
