The installation of beach bars with music for the Fair and Fiestas de Jumilla 2018 must be requested with a deadline of next Wednesday, July 18.

The establishments whose capacity or capacity is less than 150 people, will be subject to a Responsible Declaration before the competent municipal body.

Those with a capacity equal to or greater than 150 people are subject to an activity license and, in addition, prior administrative authorization is required from the competent council in matters of public entertainment.

The schedule established for the closure of those installed in the fairgrounds will be the one communicated by the Concejalía de Festejos.

The owner of the activity must present a responsible statement stating, under his / her responsibility, that the installed music equipment does not exceed 100 dB (A) of sound emission.

In the Department of Environment and Activities of the City of Jumilla you can check the conditions and documentation required for the authorization of the activity, as an installation project signed by a competent technician if it is subject to a license, low voltage electrical installation certificate with less one year old, civil liability insurance and authorization of the owner of the land in which it is intended to locate the activity, among other documents.
