Francisco Javier García Cutillas has been awarded the first prize of the IV Gymkhana Fotográfica by Jumilla organized by the Youth Council, according to the jury composed of experts in the matter Eleuterio Zaragoza, Alberto Esparza and Eduardo M. Gea.
Virginia Pérez has won the second prize, while Elena Ruiz has won the third.
They will receive 100, 75 and 50 euros respectively for material, prizes contributed by the sponsors.
The diplomas were delivered yesterday by the Councilor for Youth, Juan Manuel García, and the technician of the area, Isabel Pérez.
The twelve participants, between 14 and 35 years old, had to photograph 15 different places in the city after following different tracks.
After three hours they delivered the camera card, without the possibility of retouching.
The winning image corresponds to the Callejón de la Palmera, the second prize is a photograph of the tower of the Church of Santiago and in the third one you can see El Casón.
