Almost half of the participants in the 2018 edition of the 100x100 Activation Program have already found employment, when the process has not yet finished.
For the second year in a row, at the request of the Department of Economy and Employment, Jumilla has managed to host this service consisting of a continuous work for 100 days with a group of 25 job seekers coordinated by a coach-coach who has the role of accompanying users in their activities of active job search.
Last year's experience demonstrates the effectiveness of the system.
90% of the participants are working, which means that more than 20 of the 25 job seekers were integrated into employment and, in addition, 15 of them with a long-term contract.
The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and Councilor for Economy and Employment, Juan Gil, accompanied by the head of the City Council, Ángel Pérez, visited yesterday the group that is in the process of seeking employment.
The users showed their satisfaction, since they are getting to increase their communication skills, optimize strategies for the search of employment and entrepreneurship, to know their professional potential better, to formulate professional objectives according to their profile and to learn effective techniques to propose to companies, to face satisfactorily a selection interview, or launch their own professional activities.
