The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and the president of the Ruta del Vino, Sebastián García, accompanied by Fran Pérez, of the board of directors of the association, presented this morning the 2018 edition of Música entre Vinos.
This year there will be seven wineries that will take part in the cycle, which will have its opening act on Saturday May 26, in which the RTVE journalist, Sandra Sutherland, will receive the gold badge of the Ruta del Vino.
The musical part of the act will be in charge of Magic Bus and Aples.
The first appointment in the winery will be in Luzon on June 16, with the performance of La Espartera, while Xenysel will be in charge of closing the cycle on July 28 with the group I am going to have a good time.
Between them you can enjoy Bodegas Madrid Romero (June 23, Kalima Band), BSI (June 30, Stolen), Hacienda del Carche (July 7, U2 Band), Casa de la Ermita (July 14, Between the sky and soil) and Viña Campanero (July 21, Agua Salá).
The price of tickets for each of them is 25 euros.
More information can be obtained at www.rutadelvinojumilla.com and at the Tourist Office (968780237).
Both the mayor and the president of the Ruta del Vino have been satisfied because in the last year cycle was full in all appointments, leaving all the wineries without tickets shortly after going on sale.
Likewise, they have highlighted that the number of visitors at a general level during 2017 reached 40,000 people at the 14 wineries that make up the Ruta del Vino, which represents an increase of 36% compared to the previous one, being the third that has grown the most the 27 that exist in Spain.
