The third edition of the Night of the Museums has a program of about ten activities to celebrate next Saturday May 19 as a commemoration of the International Museum Day.
This morning they were presented by the Councilor for Culture, Pilar Martínez.
Both the Archeology, Ethnography and Natural Sciences sections of the Jerónimo Molina Museum and the Casa del Artesano will be open with free admission from 11 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 1 am.
The day will begin with the children's activity 'Submerged by History', to be celebrated in the Ethnography section at 11.00 am and at 1 pm in the Archeology section.
The morning will also feature guided tours to 'Life in the Middle Ages through ceramics', at 12 hours in the Archaeological and at 13.30 in the Ethnographic exhibition 'Crafts in wood'.
At 6:00 p.m., the Casa del Artesano will host 'Small Theater.
La Acequia ', while at 19:30 in the Ethnographic will begin' Old Jumilla: pingocheo in the museum ', an activity with the aim of knowing Jumilla and remember your past through photographs, quizzes and conversations.
At 8:30 p.m., the theater is again on stage, this time at the Archaeological, with 'Los normales'.
On the same stage, but this time on the terrace, at 9:15 pm, a poetry recital by Alberto Esparza will begin.
The night will be for music, with Ensemble Sinoidal at 10 pm at the Ethnographic Museum and Jumilla Brass Quintet, at 11.30 pm at the Archaeological Museum.
