Jumilla City Council, through the Department of Consumer Affairs, has launched a virtual arbitration system for consumers to resolve their claims without having to travel to Murcia Yecla or, as happened so far.

The virtual screen arbitration is a mechanism in place in order to enable consumers to resolve their claims without having to go to court levels, in a court, through an arbitration system in which both parties submit to criteria and choice of a neutral third party mediator or arbitrator, which attempts to solve the claim that the user provides.

The system consists of a screen, a webcam and an exclusive network for the same, connected to the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Board of Arbitration, "in this way, when you provided the date and time of session, the user will be here accompanied by the technical OMIC that will guide you through how to use, in a virtual address that claim, "said Mariana Gomez.

Consumer Councilwoman added that "this council is committed to new technologies, with new and innovative systems such as this, and its implementation in municipal buildings."

This screen virtual arbitration is funded by the Department of Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Health.
