The June 5 marks the World Environment Day.

For this reason the City of Jumilla has prepared a program of activities to create a common area where you get the involvement and motivation of citizens, while both are released environmental values of our town as various activities and awareness efforts, education and outreach performing different groups in our town, encompassing from the educational community associations.

So on June 3, 4 Legs Association, will give a lecture entitled "Put your mark on your life" will be at 11:30 am in the classroom of the CAM.

This activity is aimed at pupils in Primary 5.

That same day, at 19:30 also in the CAM, the Association 4 legs, Juncellus and Hinenni Group will hold a joint discussion in presenting their associations, the most important tasks they perform and the campaigns that will carry out .

In addition Hinneni screened the video "Walking in Jumilla" and the company will present a paper Escribano Renewable entitled "Renewable Energy and Environment economic activity."

This activity is targeted to the general public.

At the same event will be awarded the Prize of the First Local Competition "+ BIO + LIFE" Prince Felipe to school and watch the video "A day in the courtyard of a school", show outreach campaign to have participated in this competition.

On the other hand, from 2 to 4 June, the Social Work of the Caja del Mediterráneo (CAM), installed in the Paseo Lorenzo Guardiola Poet "Energy Plaza", proposed educational, informative and awareness about caring for the Environment environment, which will support various activities aimed at schoolchildren in the town of Jumilla, on the occasion of World Environment Day.

The World Environment Day is celebrated on 5 June, a date to be established in order to sensitize world opinion on environmental issues by increasing the attention and political action, and whose main objectives are to give a human context , encouraging people to become active agents of sustainable development, promoting the vital role of communities in changing attitudes towards environmental issues, and promote cooperation, as this will ensure all nations and peoples enjoy a future more prosperous and secure.
