After the statutory deadline and having no arguments, has finally adopted Ordinance Municipal Local Use, so that from this point associations and groups of Jumilla and may request the use of the premises at the disposal of City Hall.
These assignments relate to both premises Sociocultural Centre 'Roque Baños', to be inaugurated soon, as other local municipal ownership, in total 55.
Councilman Ildefonso Jimenez addition this area has advanced to a catalog is being developed with the characteristics of such areas.
As can be read in that ordinance, "the cession of municipal premises subject of application of this Ordinance, shall be free of charge but at no time be regarded as the same constitutes an economic or lessee for any parties, and transfer rates of use set forth are:
a) Grant of use of the individual to local association that so requests and the availability of premises at the time of the resolution.
b) Grant of use of the premises on a shared basis for association that so requests, or when there is no possibility above, or other competent body it deems appropriate.
c) Grant of use of the premises by way sporadic, to meet the specific needs of association that so requests.
