November 15 Merchants Association hands out awards to commercial effort 2008 (25/10/2008)

Josefa Navarro Sánchez

Josefa Navarro is known as Pepita's hairdresser. "

Born in Massanassa (Valencia) on February 2, 1932, after spending her childhood there, his parents decided to return to Jumilla in January 1947 where it is placed as an apprentice hairdresser.

After a few months, decides to mount his own salon in August 1947 as a family home on the street Bitter.

His life revolves around his clients off the street and they go home to get ready.

In the sixties and with the help of Jose Yague, Pepita presents an exam to get the title of hairdresser.

In 1969 she married Antonio Guardiola "El Zorro" and moved his business to his new home in Castelar.

Working had his three children, Ana Maria, Antonio and Miguel.
