The holidays are approaching August and each group is raising awareness of their actions, their positions and publications.
On this occasion, a few days ago the Association of Moros y Cristianos Don Pedro I submitted its festive controls.
The venue was the Theatre of Jumilla Vico that was filled with representatives of the various parades and Kabila received flags flown over the next Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos.
The Councillor for Education Fuensanta Olivares was responsible for presenting the poster and the book of the Moors and Christians celebrations this year.
Also named the ensigns and 2008 champions.
This year, the representative of the Knights of Don Frederic troupe is Jesus Molina, while the post of lieutenant of the Saracens comparsa Let Gemina has fallen on Pedro Gil.
Also, Jumillano Pascual Martínez, Pilar Losa, Salvador Martinez and Eva Lopez elected as lieutenant, standard bearer, ensign bearer child and child, respectively, of the Knights of San Fernando.
Similarly, George Martinez received the flag of the Muslim comparsa Abd-El-Azil and María José González Kabila of the Almoravids.
As for Arcabuceros Comparsa, this holiday season is the champion Mari Carmen Muñoz and infant ensign Abel Perales.
Fuensanta Olivares, along with Salvador Gonzalez, vice president of the Association of Moros y Cristianos Don Pedro I, closed the event.
