Jumilla Local Police have seized three kilos of marijuana plant in a private home in the town.
The incident occurred after reporting a possible robbery inside a central housing.
After police arrived to the scene found a plantation of marijuana plants, with all accessories susceptible traffic of it (air conditioning, fertilizers, lighting, packs of snuff ...).
Given these facts it is made crowded by an alleged illegal plantation of narcotics.
The indoor cultivation of this plant is a practice currently used quite recreating the needs of the land on which sustain and minerals through food, water and light.
This is because while outside a single crop a year, inside can be collected every three, four or five months would be obtained.
The Penal Code in Title XVII against collective security, Article 371 thereof, punishes anyone who manufactures, transports, distributes, trades in or has in his possession equipment, materials or narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
