The mayor of Jumilla, Enrique Jimenez, reported this morning, of the projects that have already started within the Improvement Plan Districts, once published in the BORM, the budget amendment, for which it is allowed to spend more than half a million euros, the 2014 surplus, to this important urban regeneration project.
As explained Enrique Jimenez, of the 6 million surplus in 2014, they will be allocated 1,200,000 euros to amortization of Loan Provider Payment Plan;
500,000 euros, the draft pedestrian street Canovas del Castillo, and another half a million euros to the District Improvement Plan.
This half a million euros, are to spend on one side 50,000 euros to the project lighting districts, which has already been hired and will begin shortly, as indicated by the Mayor of Jumilla.
Moreover, 200,000 euros for the conditioning of gardens and green spaces in the districts, and 250,000 euros for works on public roads in the four districts will be invested.
In the Local Government Board this week, have been hired, 6 of these works.
On the one hand, it has a performance contract for asphalting the First District between numbers 30 and 53 for 14,300 euros.
Another hiring has been dedicated to the preparation of the slope between Acerica and Cantarerias for 34,200 euros.
In the suitability of a path on the side of the story MOPU and landscaping of the area 60,200 euros will be invested, and the fitting of the La Cucharona, and reforestation with native vegetation, 32,400 euros will be allocated.
Another also contracted projects has been the adequacy of a die in the street Mancebón by 3,800 euros, and the arrangement of the sidewalk on Calle Peña between the numbers 28, 30 and 32, for 3,700 euros.
As highlighted by the mayor, the other works, which are contained in the Plan of Improvement Districts, will go hiring throughout these weeks, and stressed that could not be started until it has been in the BORM published the budget amendment, because you can spend the surplus money to the development of these works.
"The District Improvement Plan is a very interesting and necessary project. Never before had acted in a comprehensive manner in these neighborhoods in Jumilla, and now we will be able to, with half a million euros from the surplus that will have to add 100,000 euros of aid from the Leader approach to the project raiser Castle, built in the First District performance, "remarked Enrique Jimenez.
