Equality dedicated session of the School of Empowerment to the presentation of the services offered by CAVI Jumilla (14/04/2015)

A week has been operating in Jumilla, the Center of Attention to Women Victims of Domestic Violence, one of the last services that incorporated the City of Jumilla, within the area of ​​equality.

This new service will focus the next session of the School Empowerment, to be held on Thursday, April 16, from 17:00 to 18:30 in the Sociocultural Centre Roque Baños, which benefits offered by CAVI be presented Jumilla.

With the launch of the Centre, Jumilla already has the incorporation of the three professional profiles that provide care to women victims of domestic violence.

On the one hand psychological assistance already been providing in Jumilla, since 2012, with the PAE Point, which is now added a social worker and a lawyer will remain.

Thus, the CAVIS offer a comprehensive, free personalized attention, for the time necessary to leave the abusive situation.

To do this first, psychologist supports individual and / or group level, social work reports on the most appropriate resources for women and management of those economic resources, housing, or protection you need.

In addition, women using the CAVIS, various monitoring programs are developed to improve their labor integration.
