Jumilla gets its cultural activity this weekend with many activities for all ages (18/03/2015)

After an intense weekend rolls and drums, Jumilla gets its cultural activity, both at the Teatro Vico, as in museums and cultural venues, with numerous activities among which two specially designed for Father's Day for child audience.

First, on Thursday, from 12.00 to 13.00, in the Auditorium Julian Santos, will be the activity "From tales with my father," a storyteller Nora's hand Pellicer and his suitcase, for children from 3 to 10 years.

Admission will be free until all seats, and is an initiative of the Department of Equality, with which celebrate the March 19 differently.

Moreover, the Department of Culture and the House Museum, have also organized for Thursday at 11.00, a children's crafts workshop on the occasion of Father's Day, to be held at the Museum of Ethnography and Nature Sciences in which children can make a gift for their parents.

With the workshop "A íbero in your fridge" draw a magnet school inspired by the Iberian culture, based on the representation of gods who are in the archeology section of the Museum.

Changing scenario, programming Vico Theatre starts on Thursday at 20.00, with the introduction of new repertoire of the Band of Bugles and Drums "Ecce Homo".

Roll Guild organizes this event to present the new training gear that will accompany the processions of Holy Week.

Also at the meeting involved the Bugle and Drum Band Ecce Homo Abarán.

On Friday, at the Museum of Ethnography, during the photography exhibition "Children in our Easter," a documentary produced by Telecable Jumilla, about processions of children on Easter Jumilla is projected.

This will be at 20.00, and as always, free access.

On Saturday, at 11.00, Francisco Lencina organizes the second date "Know your word", this time towards the Charco del Zorro, a family activity focused on valuing the natural heritage of Jumilla.

At night, at 21.00, the Association of Drums Cristo de la Sangre, recovers its activity after this intense weekend, and does so with the Proclamation Drum and appointment of Maria Angeles Molina Bernabeu, as Tamborilera of Honor 2015. The proclamation will be headed by Guillermo Paterna, official historian of Tobarra, and the National Conference of Exaltation of Drum and Bass Drum.

The event will be held at the Teatro Vico, and will be a starting point for other activities organized by the Association of face to Easter 2015.

Finally, the activity of Vico Theatre closes the Musical Association Julian Santos, who has organized this Sunday, at 12.30, the twenty-first anniversary concert at the flag.

This concert is special because besides presenting new musicians who joined the band this year will be the presentation of the flag will look the boy band in his actions and has been confeccionándose recent months.

The first part will act the young band of the Association, directed by Monica Rico Pérez, playing the pasodoble "El niño de Jerez" de Zabala and a selection of the film "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" by J. Williams.

The second part will be the turn of the titular band, directed by Salvador Pérez Sánchez and have the opportunity to hear "My Mother" by R. Baños, "Mediterranean Rhapsody" JJ Lopes Sandoval and "Xenia Sarda" H.
