The regional deputy of the Popular Group Ana Guijarro, this week held a meeting in the city of Jumilla with 4Patas animal protection organization, and which was also present Municipal Councillor responsible for Housing, Almudena Martinez.
The meeting was intended to, collect proposals and suggestions for modifying Law 10/1990 on the Protection and Defense of Animals Company, an initiative that was approved by the Regional Assembly on the proposal of the Pebble own.
With these meetings is to reach a consensus between different professional groups and associations, which are those who perceive the problem in person daily, and those who wanted to have the deputy, to make their contribution to what will be the new law
According Guijarro said to own voluntary association, "looked forward to a meeting with the association, because it is an example for many associations and protective of the Region, and wanted to see his work in person."
Furthermore 4Patas invited to the meeting to be held in Murcia, and that various professional and advocacy associations pets will be added to study the draft, which will send them at the time in which it is produced.
Until then, Pebble expressed its interest to maintain permanent contact with the association, for any initiative or suggestion that might arise from them more.
Almudena Martínez stressed, moreover, the great work done by 4 feet in the town, both in collecting animals, and subsequent adoption, stressing the importance of that, "since the Assembly has shown so much interested in the work carried out, showing, once again, interest, closeness and tenderness in the protection of animal rights. "
