Celebrations Councilman Antonio Valero, has anticipated some of the new face of the 2014 Carnival, which this year, will be held on Friday, February 21 through Tuesday, March 4.
As highlighted, one of the most important developments I will be Carnival Gala, to be held on Friday, February 21, and which will feature performances from the academies and dance schools in the municipality, including Academies Dance Conchi Marin, Sara Pérez and Alejandro Carlini.
Besides the troupe also serve the town of Murcia Beniaján, "The Chulis".
This gala also will feature performances, first in Jumilla, a joke, "The Bad Truth", winner of various regional awards and has participated in numerous times in the Certamen Chirigotas of Cádiz, in the Theater Falla.
During the course of the show will proceed, being this also one of the grades new this year, the proclamation of the Muse of the Carnival of Jumilla, which selects the previous Friday, February 13, in a local town.
During the next days the deadline for registration will open for those candidates who want to participate.
Tickets for the Gala Carnival I are already on sale and will cost 6 euros in armchair, 5 euros and box stalls and 4 General euros.
The tickets can be purchased at the box office of Teatro Vico, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 18.00 to 20.00.
From the Department of Celebration has also presented the poster Carnival 2014, which has been designed by young Rocío Martínez Puche, and in the tradition of Carnival Jumilla is reflected through the "Higuico" one of the elements most representative carnival town.
