The next Monday, November 25, will mark worldwide International Day Against Violence Against Women, and on this occasion in Jumilla, the Department of Equality in collaboration with ALMA Association, organized a series of activities with the influence the need for a social concept change, to eradicate this scourge still continues to affect hundreds of women.
Today Monday, November 18, at 12.00, the activities have been initiated with space for reflection, "Say NO to violence against women" located at the entrance of City Hall, where all neighbors of Jumilla may express strong condemnation of this social evil.
This afternoon, at 20.00 hours, in Cajamurcia, will give a lecture on the "Effect of gender violence in children".

During the Wednesday 20 and Friday 22, from 10.00 hours to 12.00 hours, will be free self-esteem workshop for which registration is required participation prior to November 18, in the General Register of the City.
Also on Wednesday at 19.00, Ana García Molina, laughter therapy workshop held at the Centro Sociocultural Roque Banos.
On Thursday 21 at 19.30 am at the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia, has scheduled the roundtable "The institutional intervention in gender violence", with the participation of the local police, Civil Guard, Social Services Center Health and the Court, in order to provide an institutional perspective of the treatment of cases of gender violence.
Already on Sunday, November 24, at 12.00 in the Paseo Poeta Lorenzo Guardiola, will be a rally against gender violence, and honor the victims.
On Monday, November 25, at the Center for Child Care, children perform a "Panel against gender violence", and at night, in the Full Council of November Jumilla, councilors and councilors will observe a minute's silence as a sign of revulsion at the violence.
The activities will end on Friday November 29, with the radio program "Equal waves", this time dedicated to the fight against gender violence.
