The City of Jumilla remember some of the penalties for violating the Municipal Coexistence (23/10/2013)

Jumilla City Council advises the mayor's side, which these days is spreading among the residents of the municipality with respect to garbage collection schedule, as well as the penalties they face those who violate the provisions of Municipal Ordinance on Citizen Security.

According dictates the side, the schedule established by the Municipal Services for the deposit of waste is from 20:00 hours and never made after the collection.

This schedule will be the same throughout the year, and for all citizens and businesses, except that due to holidays or summer time otherwise noted.

On the other hand, is a serious offense with a fine of 300-750 euros, leaving residues in the street, dead animals in public or throwing them into the waste containers, burned or buried anywhere outside the legally established procedure.

Likewise, it is forbidden to deposit rubbish in public or private or public spaces unauthorized inside and outside the village and abandon or deposit vehicles on public roads or places or private or public property, unfenced without municipal authorization.

As a minor offense, and a fine from 60 to 300 euros is collected throwing objects, papers, bags, plastics or any other waste in public spaces depositing garbage in containers provided for this purpose or in public after hours, collect, handle or remove container or garbage dumps, do not remove or clean up after pets public roads; discharge waste water into public spaces or not to place their packaging in the appropriate bins or containers.

On the other hand, on the side recalls the existence of Ecopark, located in Castle Hill Industrial Estate, where citizens can freely deposit waste that do not fit into traditional containers such as furniture and equipment, electrical and electromagnetic, or hazardous waste similar to domestic and others.

Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00 hours.
