Tomorrow Thursday, October 10 will be held the first Forum of Employment and Local Development organized by the Faculty of Labour Sciences of the University of Murcia in conjunction with the Centre for Local Development, Rural and Employment.
Its main purpose is to serve as a meeting and discussion for students, teachers and technical employment and local development who work or have an interest in promoting economic development and job creation.
Jumilla City Council will participate in the forum with an information stand which explains some of the tools from the Department of Economic and Employment are pushing to implement these policy areas, such as the Municipal Business Incubator, programs guidance and mediation or counseling to entrepreneurs through the pre-incubator service among others.
Throughout the day they will develop different activities related to the sharing of strategies for the promotion of the economy and job growth.
The morning will be busy with two conferences of interest to employment policies in the region and nationwide: "The new horizons of employment policies in the Region of Murcia" by Alejandro Zamora, director of SEFCARM, and "The legal joint Strategy 2013-2016 Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment "by Jose Lujan, Professor of labor law.
Simultaneously, on the terrace of the Faculty will hold a fair where various entities to promote employment in the region will present the projects and actions carried out, and where will be located the stand of the city of Jumilla.
In the afternoon, particularly intended for students of the Faculty of Labour will be a series of talks aimed at raising awareness of the operation and services provided by entities engaged in self-employment orientation and in the Region of Murcia.
In parallel, held a meeting with representatives of the institutions and technicians to discuss the future of employment policies and public-private partnership in the field of employment.
Finally, it is proposed to hold three workshops on entrepreneurship and social networking for people interested and require pre-registration.
The last part of the day will be dedicated to the screening of a film and a documentary with a theme related to the world of work to be accompanied by a presentation and discussion.
This event is open to the general public and requires an invitation.
