The Department of Celebration, has opened the application period for use of the 15 tents that will be installed in the Paseo Poeta Lorenzo Guardiola during the next Fair and Festivals in August 2013, which will take place from 9 to 18 August.
From the Department is reported to be installed in the enclosure, the clubs and groups clearly constituted Jumilla holidays upon request.
These clubs will be required to organize and sponsor, a recreational activity, cultural or social impact on the very Fair and Festival August Jumilla, and conduct a wine tasting and typical products of Jumilla, Wednesday morning August 14 2013, coinciding with the preamble to the Traditional Harvest Parade.
If applications exceed No tents stand or contracted, the Department of Celebration establish a set of evaluation criteria related to the degree of participation, collaboration and impact of the festive activities of the groups.
Thus, it may require applicants to these groups, all the documentation necessary to carry out this assessment procedure, in a way as objectively as possible.
The collective winners will be those who reach the highest score according to No carp to be installed.
The clubs and groups interested in settling holidays on Campus during the Fair and Festival of 2013, should apply by writing in the register of the council, which is to contain the names of the rock or festive group, VAT, business address, name and names, number of ID., telephone number, and address of the representative of the group or rock festival.
Applications must be submitted in the General Register of the City to date July 2, 2013, at 14:00.
