The Department of Social Policy reported that as happened last year, have been approved grants Bases pensioners and unemployed people.
The grants are intended to help alleviate the economic situation in which certain groups are at present, such as pensioners and those people who are in situations of long-term unemployment.
The amount of assistance organized, amount to € 15,000, set in the current municipal budget.
The requirements to access funds are:
1-be pensioner or be unemployed long-term (the latter circumstance is understood as being unemployed a minimum of 1 years uninterrupted).
Enjoy 2-enumeration in the municipality of Jumilla at the time of publication of these rules, at the address specified in the request for assistance, which may be individual benefit, or only one component of the family unit, meaning dwelling unit all individuals in the same members who are registered in the same home.
3 - That the family unit of the person benefit, beneficially owns or a single house in the country, having the character of the same residence.
The person would benefit from the grant, you can not own more assets the residence, a garage or carport, storage and / or rural property whose rustic IBI amount does not exceed 1 euro.
4-Ser IBI taxable in the current year in which aid is requested, with the same pay.
5-Be aware of your tax obligations and tax with government and Social Security.
6-In any case, meet the other requirements of General Subsidies Act.
7 - The amount of the grant may not exceed 50% of the annual net tax payable for the relevant year IBI than is required / a tax benefit subsidize person.
8.-not counting the family unit of the beneficiary with sufficient financial resources.
In no case shall the benefit claimed as the total sum of the income of the family unit exceeds the limits established in Article 6 of these rules.
Applications must be submitted in a form established, attached hereto, in the General Register of the City of Jumilla.
The deadline for applications will be from September 1 to October 1 of this year.
