As stated by Councilman Personnel and Human Resources, Juan Calabuig, last February 18 was approved in the Safety and Health Committee, the Protocol of action against harassment in the workplace Hall.
The approval of this Protocol, as Calabuig, is a breakthrough in prevention in the city, ensuring the protection of the rights of the person legally recognized as a basic principle the right of public employees to be treated with respect and dignity.
And last Tuesday, began psychosocial risk assessment through the method marked by the Institute of Safety and Health at Work.
According to the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks, is mandatory preventive action plan based on this assessment, including psychosocial risks.
Also is scheduled to be held later briefings.
As reported Calabuig also are moving, since last April 15 and until 30, medical examinations, voluntarily, to 247 workers in the City Council, as established by the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks surveillance ensuring periodic health status of workers.
