As reported by the Councillor for Agriculture and Forestry, Francisco Martinez, at his suggestion, the Board of Governors approved this week Exploitation Plans of the mountains Public Utility Forestry for the year 2013, which sets out the uses and poultry plants aromatic.
Those interested in making use of bee harvesting or gathering herbs in the town of Jumilla, in the City Council must submit the request for installation of beehives, or authorization to collect thyme and / or rosemary in public forest, and from the Agriculture and Forestry Service records are processed award payment of a fee.
The annual use fee hives facility is 0.07 cents per hive to install, whose enjoyment is time for the duration of the plan (end on December 31, 2013), and must be requested each year.
The annual use fee collection thyme season (May) is € 28.19 and the annual use fee collection rosemary season (March 1 to May 31 and from October 1 to 31 December) is € 48.77.
The maximum number of licenses for use of thyme not exceed 50, according to the Plan of Reclamation, 2013.
Neither may be authorized simultaneously on the same mountain more than 5 people.
In both royalties, payment of 15% of total income received in this City for such use shall be submitted to the Directorate General for the Environment, and the remaining 85% of revenue will be at City Hall.
