Dozens of neighbors have been present in the tribute to Antonio Abellán Laughing (17/01/2013)

In his memory has discovered a sculpture entitled "ties" as a sign of dedication and commitment that Antonio had his neighborhood and others.

For a simple and moving ceremony, relatives, friends and neighbors of Antonio Abellán have wished to be present at the discovery of the sculpture "ties" in memory of this neighbor, in the Garden of San Antón.

His five children have been present for the discovery of the sculpture along with members of the Municipal Corporation.

The initiative for this tribute has come from the Department of Citizen Participation, whose councilor Antonio Valero, said "it is fair to recognize in this way to a neighboring district committed to him and the municipality."

The Mayor, Enrique Jimenez, and Ana Maria Martinez, widow of Antonio, wanted to dedicate a few words to the honoree.

Ana Maria has thanked the City Council tribute to Antonio, on behalf of the family and his own, "they are proud that their memory remains alive," said.

Antonio never spared efforts and dedication to the district and their parties, and now, on the anniversary of his absence, stands this monument in his memory.

Enrique Jimenez stressed that this afternoon to remind Antonio, is important to your wife, children, and neighbors of Barrio San Antón.
