Jumilla City Council announces that pursuant to the Order of December 4, 2012, of the Ministry of Presidency, issued on the occasion of the traditional celebrations of Christmas, New Year and Epiphany, advises extend an extraordinary and temporary closing times certain public institutions of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
Therefore, establishments, duly authorized, included in the following categories: Restaurants, Cafes and Bars, Cafes, Pubs, Theatres and flamenco, may remain open, extending its closing time on the schedule regulated in Circular 2/94 of the Delegation of the Government of 16 February 1994 (BORM 16/03/94) by establishing the closing hours for public facilities, shows and parties, an hour, during the following period:
- The days between December 13, 2012 until January 8, 2013.
For establishments included in the above categories and Bars Special, on 25 December 2012 and 1 and 6 January 2013 authorizing the opening until 07:00 hours.
This exceptional and temporary authorization for extension of time does not exempt from compliance with the limits of immission and noise emission, or other requirements, as annoying, in the particular conditions of their respective licenses and general provisions on police public entertainment and recreation.
