The CAI Arsenal have been selected as Best Practice initiative in Reconciliation, by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment, from the Working Group on Gender Mainstreaming in Rural Areas.

This working group made contact with the city, a few months ago in order to prepare a document dissemination of Best Practices in Reconciliation of work, family and staff in rural areas.

Once the various proposals received Best Practices Reconciliation of personal, family and work, we proceeded to the analysis and assessment of them so that we have obtained a small sample that represents the diversity of caseloads and initiatives are currently promoting in rural areas.

As a result the initiative "CAI Arsenal in Jumilla", has been selected as a Best Practice in Conciliation and will be contained in Document broadcast along with the other selected practices. A Guide to Good Practice dissemination Conciliation that the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment, from the Operations Branch Modernization, edited and broadcast statewide.
