MARINA GARCIA MARTINEZ, Councillor Noise Control in Local and Public Roads the Hon.

City of Jumilla communicates establishments belonging to the class of special bars, discos and nightclubs can enjoy a new closing time until 30 September:

By virtue of the Order of July 27, 2012, the Ministry of the Presidency, by temporarily extending the closing hours for certain public institutions of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.

Throughout the Region of Murcia is amended closing times regulated in Circular 2/1994 of 16 February, the Government Office (BOE No 62 of March 16) of the duly authorized establishments belonging the guild of Special Bars, Clubs and Dance Halls, being, from the entry into force of this Order and until September 30, 2012, as follows:

From Sunday to Wednesday

From Thursday to Saturday and eve of holiday

Special Bars

4:00

Clubs and Dance Halls

6:30

7:00

This exceptional and temporary authorization for extension of time does not exempt from compliance with the limits of immission and noise emission, or other requirements, as annoying, in the particular conditions of their respective licenses and the general provisions on police public entertainment and recreational activities.
