Regional exports of marble during the past year amounted to 31.7 million euros, Murcia, one of the regions with the greatest wealth of resources and geological potential in Spain.

In the case of India, the total value of exports of marble from the region in 2011 amounted to EUR 1 million, becoming the sixth destination in importance, with high growth potential given its status as an emerging economy with large projects infrastructure in the medium term.
