From Jumilla the Socialist Group want to denounce, once again, the loss suffered by the welfare state by the Regional Government Valcárcel.
Last December 31 was published in the BORM, Law 7 / 2011 of 26 December on fiscal and economic development of the Region of Murcia, approved by the Regional Government through which creates three new fees coming to tax the provision of social services and therefore to the most disadvantaged.
These three new fees are as follows:
Fee for issue of certificates of large families: take 15 and 25 € respectively for the issuance of securities of large families and special general category, respectively, 10 € for the issuance of certificates and processing of renewals and 4 € for duplicates.
Rate and review by the recognition of dependence, which anyone who wants to be valued or check the degree of dependence will have to pay in advance a fee of 30 €.
Fee for application for approval, review and certification of the degree of disability will be paid € 20 for an application for recognition and € 10 for review and issuance of certificate of degree.
Again, the Regional Government, load on the most disadvantaged creating new and universal rates, knowing that some people can not assume to be recipients of minimum pensions, being unemployed / or have as a minimum income, thereby checking out these families and depriving them of rights under the various laws: 40/2003 of November 18 protection of large families, 39/2006 of 26 December promotion of personal autonomy.
From now on, in addition to beneficiaries who die before receiving the benefit, which will be added above have had to pay 30 euros for something that some never received.
Valcárcel for revenue at all costs to those who suffer, have less and less protest, while refusing to apply the Heritage Tax his friends that if they protest, thus depriving this region, to earn a living in the most have in this region
